    The good thingssituasi kerja yang sangat penuh persaudaraan, sistem kerja yang baik, dengan orang orang yang berkompeten. semua ada disini. sudah 7 tahun bergabung disini banyak lika liku yang dihadapi . tapi itu semua menjadi pelajaran untuk merubah jadi lebih baik lagi. hampir semua cabang kenal perwakilannya karena mereka pun welcome terhadap siapa ajja.
    The challengeskesulitan disini hanya sistem recrutmen nya saja yang masih menggunakan OS sampai saat ini. walaupun kerja sudah 7 tahun tapi masih OS padahal posisi lumayan bagus sebagai SP. Kesulita sesunggunya kita sudah tidak bisa lagi mengharapkan peninggatan baik posisi maupun kesejahteraan.

    The good thingsUntuk hal yang baik mungkin terlalu banyak tapi yang balik baik adalah kenyamanan dalam bekerja sendiri maupun team, disini saya bisa menggantikan posisi dari ayah saya terdahulu dan itu sangat baik, saya ingin membuat bangga ayah saya walaupun masih belum bisa lebih baik darinya.

    The good thingsTarget driven. Highly workable place. Both internal and external engagement. In sales point of view, this is a very good place to start working, build connections, learn how to engage with customers, internal company and build relationship with brand principals and I empathize on the later. Do not stay for too long though, because personally there is no carrer path in this company, the human capital department usually look for outsiders for the new higher position rather than bump somebody from inside up.
    The challengesWhen in Rome, do what the Romans do. This company has a lot of employees working past the 15 year line. So, we have a lot of seniors to learn from. Just work hard, earn money, if it is not enough, look somewhere else.
