    The challengesTHR tidak cair tidak sesuai pada keterangan kontrak pro-rate, komisi tidak cair, supply material tidak lengkap, terlalu overpromising jadwal produksi dan pengiriman, tidak ada kejelasan, info memberikan laptop untuk bekerja tapi tidak dipinjamkan.

    The good thingsTempat yang oke buat belajar, khususnya di bidang building material. Lingkungan kerja yang oke, tidak ada politik kantor yang ekstreem. Produk yang dijual bagus, Direktur marketing yang mengayomi.
    The challengesFamily company yang bisa dikata ketinggalan zaman, mayoritas karyawan sudah bekerja diatas 10 tahun, sehingga tidak ada energi berkontribusi untuk kemajuan (hanya jalanin aja). Komisi untuk sales tidak cair, BPJS tidak disetorkan, THR masih tertahan. terlebih orang2 pabrik

    PT. Citatah, Tbk. is the biggest stone finishing company in Indonesia
    The good thingsI have the most valuable experiences in this company. This company have a big project from big owner and client such as Agung Sedayu, Farpoint, Sinar Mas Group and many personal clients. This company give necessary facility to employees.
    The challengesThe equal qualitymarble materials to the approval material from the owner, time delivery and the quality of stone installation is a must. The Project Manager have to be has a good monitoring and have the solution when any problems appeared.
