    The good thingsThis is maybe a small Industry, but they have a great Management. I learn so much things in here, they push me to grow fast which is the part that i really like. The FA manager teach me many things like Tax Sistem Application, Reconcile, and to make Financial Planning. They apreciate our effort, like if u come earlier to the office they give an extra salary.
    The challengesYou have to work faster and faster until you fit the company needed, Because this company expecting so much from you. You can't open ur social media while working, u have to focus on ur job so that there is no possibilities of making any mistakes.
