    The good thingsSaya memang tipe orang yang tidak suka melihat pekerjaan berantakan. Karena itu setiap saya bekerja saya selalu fokus dan mengerjakan setiap pekerjaan dengan teliti. Jika pekerjaan saya sudah selesai, biasanya saya menawarkan kepada leader saya apa yang bisa saya kerjakan lagi karna saya orang nya tidak suka banyak ngobrol saat bekerja. Karena saya sering membantu leader, saya sering dipercaya leader sya untuk menjadi back up nya.

    Working here is amazing experience
    The good thingsI do a lot of new things while I works here. From Smart Card development, Android Development, and Backend as Service Development. Management are Flexible. We could work on flexible schedule, flexible on Leave, and flexible workplace. We could gave advice to management for some project and it would get considered to be implemented. My manager are friendly with me and other co-worker. We have good work culture and environment.
    The challengesSmart Card industry are emerging from only chip card to solution based. It is challenging situation for company. It put us on pressured to learn lot of new things and develop wide range of application from chip card program, android development, to backend development. Something to improve here are company needs a lot of engineers. It could help company grow faster and catch up with industry needed on new technology and new business competition.
