    Lingkungan Pekerjaan yang cukup nyaman
    The good thingsHal yang baik adalah kekeluargaan antara satu divisi dengan divisi yang lain. Jika ada data yang kurang pada divisi yang satu divisi yang lain dengan sigap membantu. jika ada sesuatu pekerjaan dari sebelumnya yang kurang dimengerti maka divisi lain yang sudah mengetahui jalan ceritanya akan dengan sigap memberi tahu.
    The challengesKesulitan terkadang divisi yang lain memberikan pekerjaan disaat mendekati tanggal deadline suatu perjanjian di review, menyebabkan pekerjaan menumpuk dan terkadang harus lembur untuk menyelesaikannya.

    The good thingsThe best thing in this company is the work environment. For you who have young energy must be loved to work here. I have a lot of fun working here because most of my colleague is around my age and my bosses is not far from mine. The job itself is a lot but I don't feel like a lot of pressure because they don't made unnecessary presure to their emloyees and that's why while I work here I always do my job with no doubt. I think there's a lot more good things about this company but I can't tell it all here. One more thing, if you find a Bosses who down to earth this is the right place.
    The challengesThe only weakness of this company is about the wage. I think the employes salary range in here is below the average than any other fashion retail company. No insurance and no allowance. The managament need to be more strict in financial things and shpuld more efficient so they can manage the salary of employees here.
