    The good thingsbertemu & berkenalan dengan orang baru
    The challengespemilik perusahaan melakukan rapat setiap hari dengan bahasa yg tidak sopan, makian & berkata kasar. jam kerja selesai pukul 17.00 tapi dilanjutkan meeting hingga 19.00, Pemilik perusahaan selalu mencurigai & meragukan karyawan. Manajemen yg lemah karena semua dianggap tidak becus bekerja. gaji tidak berimbang tanggung jawab pada jabatan struktural.
