    Pengalaman Bekerja di PT. CMA
    The good thingsLingkungan kerja, hubungan sesama karyawan & bos baik. Tidak ada lemburan untuk yang di Office, kecuali untuk supir, dan bongkar muat. Hanya beberapa karyawan lama saja yang mendapatkan Jamsostek / BPJS. Tidak pernah mengadakan Outing Kantor. Tetapi beberapa orang tertentu ada mendapatkan Tunjangan Pulsa & Bisa klaim Bensin. Tiap Tahun belum tentu ada kenaikan Gaji.
    The challengesMenurut saya kesulitan bekerja disini adalah Transportasi menuju ke Head Office (tidak ada angkutan umum) agak susah (harus pakai ojek). Untuk jenjang karir kurang diperhatika oleh Atasan/Bos.
