    The good thingsPerusahaan memberikan kesempatan kepada karyawan utk memberikan pendapat, masukan, demi memajukan performance perusahaan. Banyak kegiatan "ekstrakurikuler" yang di-support perusahaan, seperti lari, sepak bola, basket, dan lain-lain, bahkan ada English Club juga. Karyawan sudah dianggap aset yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan. Banyak training juga yang ditawarkan buat karyawan.
    The challengesGaji bisa jadi termasuk rendah dibanding perusahaan lain dengan skala yang sama. Tapi benefit/tunjangan bisa dibilang sangat pas. Ada tunjangan melahirkan, kesehatan rawat jalan, kacamata, dll. Untuk jenjang karir, sebenarnya ada kesempatan, tapi user perlu diingatkan.

    The good thingsI have work for more than a year now, and been through a lot since my first day here. we have a lot of young generation in the company that make me feel comfortable and could understand eachother in general. this company also offer interesting benefit and also pay our Overtime!
