    The good thingsThe management builds a collaborative environment for the people to work, grow and develop. If working with other people appeals to you, then working at Cipta Fastener Indoensia will allow you to work and collaborate with others to build relationship, friendships and bonds that will go a long way.
    The challengesTrainings will be provided though group discussions and case study. However, at construction sites, every day is a new challenge, there will be new challenges and problems which were not covered in the trainings provided previously. Foruntately, fret not, you get to collaborate with others to come up with solutions and learn new things to resolves (new) problems along the way.

    The challengesThe job requires actual visit to the construction / project sites to meet potential clients and stakeholders. Traveling will be considerable. The environment we work at will requires us to get our hands dirty to demo our products and services to the clients and stakeholders.
