The challengesI used to work with one of their project managers. It was horrible. Once, I was placed in the mansion project (Central Jakarta, the lavish one). He was micromanaging and often he ab*sed me, physically and mentally. Thank god he was already fired but be careful to any applicants to work with this guy. And also to any company please don't hire this guy. He steals the project budget and intimidates the field workers, including me.
I also worked with one of their cost control officers. He was a bad news. With his arrogance and manipulative behaviour, he always thinks he can do anything. And he doesn't want to share any knowledge, especially with the fresh graduate. He always said that my work was horrendous, blamed it on me, and even didn't share any format (that was supposed to be easier to operate) because he made it ALL BY HIMSELF. I wonder why they keep him. Maybe because he made a goofy jingle for the company? :)
