    The good thingsI enjoyed working in a structured and detail-oriented environment where accuracy and compliance were critical. Handling high volumes of BPKB documents allowed me to strengthen my attention to detail and ensure that every document was processed correctly and in accordance with company procedures. I also found satisfaction in coordinating with multiple branches and internal teams, as it enhanced my communication skills and gave me a broader understanding of operational workflows across the organization. Being part of a process that required strong collaboration and consistency was both challenging and rewarding. Additionally, I appreciated the opportunity to contribute to process improvements, particularly in increasing data processing efficiency. Providing service to a large number of customers each month also gave me a sense of responsibility and accomplishment, knowing that my work directly supported smooth and timely service delivery.
    The challengesOne of the main challenges was managing a high volume of documents while maintaining strict accuracy and compliance with procedures. Handling coordination with multiple branches sometimes required more streamlined communication and system integration to improve efficiency. Additionally, further automation in document tracking and reporting processes could help reduce manual workload and minimize the risk of human error.

    The good thingsMembantu permasalahan keuangan nasabah full day (senin-minggu) sehingga nasabah tidak perlu bingung jika mengalami kendala perbankan pada akhir pekan ataupun hari libur nasional. dan kami mampu melayani segala permasalahan perbankan nasabah dengan cepat dengan didukung dengan teknologi pada era digital saat ini. seperti contoh jika atm nasabah hilang, tertelan, rusak ataupun terblokir. dan mesih banyak keunggulan lainnya.
    The challengestentu saja jika saya bekerja dengan target yang menjadi kendala dilapangan adalah lokasi yang tidak begitu ramai pengunjung sementara di satu tempat yang sama terdapat kompetitor perbankan lain yang memiliki tujuan yang sama.
