    This Company So Old School and it feels a sense of kinship in taking policy, not objective and not basic on performace.
    The good thingsBanyak kesempatan untuk berkreasi / invonasi krn banyak pekerjaan disini dilakukan berdasarkan kebiasaan lama dan terlalu prosedural. Jadi bagi yang terbiasa dengan resiko dan menyukai tantangan untuk menciptakan hal baru, perusahaan ini sangat sesuai.
    The challengesTidak ada sistem ketenagakerjaan yang jelas, pembayaran tunjangan JHT BPJS yg tidak sesuai dgn Jumlah gaji yg diterima, sistem insentif, jenjang karier, SOP yg tdk transparan. Tdk ada tunjangan kesehatan yg jelas (Inc BPJS Kesehatan/ tdk u/ semua). Dan tentunya tdk ada sistem penilaian atas performace yg jelas atas pencapaian yg diraih. Sebagian besar hanya berdasarkan atas subyektivitas beberapa orang yg mempunyai akses untuk berpendapat kepada pengambil kebijakan / owner.

    The good thingsSaya suka sistem kekeluargaan didalam perusahaan ini. Tempat yang nyaman tidak hanya untuk bekerja tapi juga untuk belajar.
    The challengesMasing masing orang memiliki kesulitan dalam jobdesknya, tetapi karena disini memiliki sistem kekeluargaan yang tinggi, saya tidak pernah menemukan kesulitan sedikit pun.
