    The good thingsLingkungan kerja sangat nyaman, gaji, tunjangan, dan fasilitas kerja terbilang cukup baik. Banyak pelatihan baik internal maupun eksternal. Jam kerja sangat on time. Perusahaan ini sangat baik untuk seorang fresh graduated yang ingin memulai karir di bidang manufacturing, banyak hal yang bisa dipelajari.
    The challengesKurangnya dukungan dari manajemen atas, sehingga tools/metode yang ada tidak terimplementasi dengan baik. Rata-rata karyawan kurang merasa peduli dengan sistem yang sudah ada, kurang open minded sehingga sistem stuck. Mostly karyawan sudah cukup berumur, sehingga resiko waste non utilized talent lumayan tinggi.
