    Inconsistence HRD rules, does not fully follow Indonesia Manpower rules (Disnaker)
    The good thingslearning new experience from local staff, but it depends on your co-worker.
    The challengesInconsistence HRD rules, will give you high salary but demands a lot of overtime. There is no contract, so they can fired you anytime they want.
