    The challengesNo target in certain position, For certain positions the selection of employees does not go through the assessment process that is set but rather the proximity of prospective employers to applicants.But lately the challenge has been reduced by the presence of a third party who works, while the employees themselves only act as supervisors and approvers of work, especially for work safety
