    The good thingskomitmen kuatnya pada keberlanjutan (sustainability), terutama dalam pengelolaan lingkungan (pengurangan emisi, air, limbah) dengan teknologi hijau, tanggung jawab sosial (CSR terkait sampah plastik, ekonomi sirkular), etika bisnis (integritas, transparansi), pengembangan karyawan, serta pelayanan pelanggan proaktif, didukung infrastruktur terintegrasi (naphtha cracker, logistik digital) sebagai produsen petrokimia terbesar di Indonesia yang berkontribusi pada ekonomi nasional.
    The challengesumum industri petrokimia seperti fluktuasi harga bahan baku (minyak), permintaan global yang siklikal (terutama dari China), dan kebutuhan investasi besar untuk ekspansi dan keberlanjutan.

    The challengesKetika menghadapi kebocoran amoniak /NH3 dipipa mesin disitu ketenangan dan ke fokusan kita di hadapi untuk menangi agar dapat bisa atas ke bocoran Langkah pertama kita pakai Apdb terlebih dahuli laluku tutupi kebocoran dengan kain yg dibasahkan dengan air dan kita setting mesin atau sistem reefrigant untup pum down gara liquid yg ada dalam mesin tersebut berpindah ke tabung spon setelah amoniak atau liquid abis dari mesin cek kondisi sudah aman atau belum KLO memang sudah aman laluk kita cek pipa kebocoran dikarna kan apa bocor atau retak KLO memang bisa dilas kita las KLO memang tidak kita harus ganti denga pipa yg baru Sampai akhir nya alhmdulilah lancar sesuai SOP pipa bisa ok dan tes untuk runing pertama sampai" bener ok dan tidak ada trobel atau kebocoran lagi Demikian lah tantang yang saya pernah hadapi dan alhamdulilah semua berjalan dengan lancar
