    The challenges- A lot of meeting, Most of the Meeting attendees did not prepared with the subject that will be discussed, Not focused on updates and solutions to problems that occur (if any). The meeting did not runs effectively and always takes time. No Work/Life balance

    The good thingsSaya seorang fresh graduated dan sudah bergabung kurang lebih 1thn di sini, dan mendapatkan benefit yang cukup baik serta bersaing dengan company lainnya yang mempekerjakan fresh graduated, dari segi salary dan tunjangan yang didapat. Untuk kelasan fresh graduated thp di angka 6-8 jt perbulan tergantung posisi penempatan. Lingkungan kerja yang cukup sportif dan kekeluargaan nya cukup kental. Secara keseluruhan perusahaan ini sudah baik dalam berkembang namun masih ada beberapa sistem yang perlu di benahi dan perbaiki.
    The challengesMultitasking, cepat beradaptasi, dan memiliki inovatif dan komitmen tinggi. Karena perusahaan ini terbilang masih berkembang jadi sangat dibutuhkan skill tersebut akibat dari kurangnya pengarahan dari atasan, sedangkan pekerjaan harus cepat diselesaikan.
