    The good thingsPengalaman bekerja selama 6 bulan memberikan saya ilmu yang banyak dimana perusahaan ini adalah perusahaan pertama saya bekerja setelah lulus kuliah, lingkungan kerja yang nyaman (penuh disiplin baik dari seragam safety, penerapan prokes yang ketat, penerapan GMP dan food service yang baik). Jujur saja, saya yang bekerja dari lintas suku yang berbeda, namun mereka mengganggap siapapun yang bekerja di perusahaan ini adalah ikatan keluarga. Selain itu, fasilitas yang diperoleh selama bekerja disini juga lumayan. Pokoknya keren deh!!!
    The challengesBagi saya sendiri ini adalah masalah di saya, dimana saya adalah orang yang sulit menyesuaikan diri serta komunikasi yang sangat kurang. Namun, perusahaan ini sudah menjadi tempat les saya untuk melatih itu semua hingga setelah saya keluar dari perusahaan ini, saya menjadi seseorang yang berbeda dari sebelumnya.

    The good thingsThis company have 3 shift and that is so suitable with me. Good relation with manager and superintendent and other employs
    The challengesAs production supervisor We have to lead about 50 employs. Without experiences i think this is the big callaenge for me cause I am freshgraduate at thet time. But all is well.
