    The good thingsCentrinova has a very homely and comfortable environment to work in. Almost everyone is friends with each other, there is no office politics, and the team always strives to give their best work (to customers and to each other). The leaders from each division are also humble, there is no visible hierarchy or cliques in day-to-day interactions. Although it seems small and modest, Centrinova doesn't hesitate to pay extra for high-performing skillful people. The company itself has a helping mindset to its customers, never being money-oriented. This is the nicest place I've ever worked in so far.
    The challengesCentrinova may benefit from additional project managers. Also, Centrinova is very flexible, so it poses a challenge for its team to be mature, independent, and responsible. This type of working culture is probably not for everyone. On another note, the company is humble and not money-oriented, so if you care more about power and occupational prestige, you'd have a hard time working in the company.
