    The good thingsTidak ada senioritas di dalam ruang lingkup antar karyawan. Rekan kerja saling dukung dalam hal teknis penanganan klaim. Ada training awal masuk untuk pengenalan bidang kerja dan jobdesk tiap tiap individu.
    The challengesBanyak terdapat kolusi yang terselubung. Tekanan pekerjaan tidak sesuai dengan gaji yang di dapat. Tunjangan kerja untuk kesehatan dan transportasi masih minim sekali. Terlalu banyak menggunakan karyawan outsource dan sulit dipenuhinya hak hak karyawan.

    The good thingsACA merupakan perusahaan yang stabil dalam keuangan, terbukti pada saat pandemi Covid-19, banyak perusahaan lain yang memotong pendapatan karyawan, mengurangi jumlah karyawan bahkan collapse, namun ACA sanggup mempertahankan karyawannya dengan tidak mengurangi pendapatan karyawannya. Dari segi finansial ACA termasuk salah satu perusahaan terbaik.
    The challengesInovasi. Mungkin dari segi inovasi, ACA kurang cepat dalam mengupgrade system sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman, contohnya di era digital ini, harusnya prosedur pengajuan asuransi dapat dipermudah dengan system yang baru.
