    Great team and work-life balance, but salary increments could be better.
    The good thingsI really like the team. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and works well together. The work-life balance is also good, which makes it easier to manage both work and personal time.
    The challengesThe only thing I’m not too happy about is the salary increase. I think it could be better and more fair based on the work we do.

    The good thingsComfortable working place and great teamwork as well. You can get many experiences and learn new skills by handling various types of clients that can be useful for you in the future. Indeed, it's a great place to start your career.
    The challengesLack of work-life balance. The pressure from work is high. The fast pace of work. Might encounter different difficult situations since you handle various types of clients. But in a good way, those will develop your soft skills (time management, problem-solving, etc). The management needs to think about the things above as those are the key to the reason why the employee turnover is high.

    The challengesSome services wasn't delivered according to Indonesia's general provision and/or government regulations. There's no proper control towards branch office e.g audit and cost control, quarter management appraisal and no channel for whistle blowing.

    The good thingsNumerous challenges, many opportunities to improve skills. Performs end-to-end corporate, finance, tax, employment law and legal services. Many fresh graduates aim to work at this place and vastly expanded their expertise in less than 1 year. Management encourages holistic thinking and client service over the top. Coordination and approvals are speedy with less clutter
    The challengesRequires additional team to expedite external projects. Employees will be constantly challenged by multitasking ordeals, high profile clientele and concrete strategy plan.

    The good thingsI love the team atmosphere, feels like i found second family that's why I enjoyed work in cekindo, you could improve your english here, as you will contact your client in english everyday and better benefits than other consulting company based on my experience.

    The good thingsCompetition is hot! Indonesian regulation and licensing application keeps changing on bi-monthly basis. Even foreign lawyers come to this company for complex business license application. Applies meritocracy. No office politics, since this is a company (as it should be). Has large multinational clientèle and referred to as fintech registrar by chinese clients. Provides incentive if you manage to complete the project or seal the deal. Offers zumba class. :)
    The challengesKnowledge should be self attained and learnt. BPJS only. No additional allowance. \"Baptism by fire\" for new employees. Mandarin is a very good advantage.
