    The good thingsHal yang bagus dari CBC Prima adalah tiap-tiap karyawan dengan para top level management saling respek dengan yang lain dan tidak ada perbedaan diantara karyawan semua, baik itu yang senior atau junior dan yang top level hingga staff biasa. Tiap-tiap divisi memberikan rasa saling membantu satu dengan lainnya yang menyebabkan tidak adanya konflik antar teman dan tiap divisi
    The challengeskita harus siap menjadi seorang sales & marketing, karena main bisnis dari CBC Prima adalah tentang menjual produk terhadap customer (B2B), selain itu tantangan bahasa juga menjadi hal yang serius karena para bos merupakan orang jepang asli namun bisa berbahasa inggris tp masih dengan logat jepang
