    The good thingsSistem kerja yg teratur dan kekeluargaan meskipun ada yg merasa \"menyikut\" orang lebih baik. Cara penggajian karyawan yg adil, memberikan kesempatan kepada karyawan untuk belajar lebih banyak dan beradaptasi serta menerapkan kerja sama dan gotong royong yg baik. Semua atasan disana mau membimbing dan membina karyawan baru agar dapat bekerja lebih baik dan cepat beradaptasi baik dengan pekerjaannya maupun dengan lingkungan kerjanya.
    The challengesHampir setiap aspek pekerjaan dapat saya lakukan dengan baik, meskipun atasan saya mengharuskan saya untuk membantu dan belajar di divisi lain saat pekerjaan saya sudah selesai namun hal ini dapat saya atasi dengan baik meskipun banyak sekali yg harus saya pelajari.
