Exxonmobil Lubricants Indonesia, ⌈Denso⌋ by PT. Denso Indonesia, ⌈Aeolus⌋ and ⌈Yellowsea⌋ by PT. Pancar Buana Terang, ⌈Michelin⌋ by PT. Michelin Indonesia, ⌈Hankook⌋ by PT. Hankook Tire Indonesia, and ⌈Nexen⌋ by Nexen Corporation. In addition, PT. CPH also has a tyre-retreading plant to cater to the overwhelming commercial needs for efficiency by extending the useful service life of tyres. PT CPH has also extended its network by opening up several retail outlets cum workshops around Makassar to provide the one-stop-service to its customers.PT. CPH is headquartered in Makassar, South Sulawesi with two branch offices, each in Palu, Central Sulawesi and Kendari, South East Sulawesi.Recently, CPH has expanded into Hospitality business.     The good thingsSaya hanya merasakan teman teman kerja yg cukup baik, selebihnya nya saya hanya merasakan tekanan luar biasa dalam pekerjaan
    The challengesSebagai supervisor sales counter, anda tidak akan di berikan teman tandem, tidak ada training, intinya learning by doing, dan perintah dari pimpinan sangat banyak, anda di paksa harus cepat paham dengan banyak nya perintah dari atasan, yang belum selesai urusan pertama, siap2 beberapa menit ke depan akan ada perintah ke 2 dan ke 3.. Yg dimana sebagai karyawan baru saya sama skali susah untuk mempelajari perintah 1, karena sudah di kejar perintah yang ke 2, segala perintah dari pimpinan itu melalui grup whatsapp, dan grup nya sangat teramat banyak yang membuat saya bingung harus membalas yang mana, siap2 di berikan pertanyaan atau case yang sudah lampau yang dimana case itu terjadi ketika Anda belum bekerja d perusahaan ini.. . Sungguh tekanan yang luar biasa yang belum pernah saya dapatkan dalam pengalaman saya bekerja sebelum nya, sehingga baru 2 minggu sy memutuskan untuk mundur..

    The good thingsSelama bekerja saya sangat senang dengan tantangan target yang diberikan oleh pimpinan perusahaan, dan perusahaan mendukung saya dengan ide - ide tentang gimana cara meningkatkan angka penjualan. Sebelumnya saya bekerja dengan membawahi 3 (tiga) sales khusus dalam kota, 1 tahun setelah saya menjabat target tercapai sehingga pimpinan menaikkan Target penjualan dan menambah 6 (enam) orang Sales dan saya di berikan wewenang penuh untuk seluruh Sulawesi tenggara.
