    The good thingsWarm and friendly colleagues that makes you feel like working around family, no gap between management people or senior level people, quite many employee events, free flight tickets entitlement, great health benefit, bonuses, many employees discount locally or internationally, cheerful environment
    The challengesPretty low salary, low chance to develop your skill if you're not in marketing position, standard amount of annual leave which can be considered as low, everything depends on the HQ decision.

    The good thingsAs a 5 star Airlines, Cathay Pacific Airways always make innovation in many sectors to improve quality standard and give the best service to all customers and always put safety on top (safety first). Cathay Pacific Airways also give training very well to all of staff, professional manners and well grooming.
    The challengesHousing Allowance in Hongkong is very expensive and company provided only for 8 years. I appreciate if company change the policy about housing from 8 year to unlimited / retired or resigned. And I'll be glad if Cathay Pacific open recruitment for cabin crew every year for overseas.
