    The good thingsefficient and very lean manufacturing practices, enables employee to complete the job very fast and smart with challenging circumstances and very high pressure give us higher sense of achievement

    many things can be improve
    The good thingssince there is a new building set up, many things can be an improvement project. productivity, quality, etc. good support idea and budgeting for this project. as long as you can give clear concept and idea.
    The challengesyou waste the time for always going back late due to additional jobs and no prioritize urgency. no clear guidance and support from the direct manager. and it happened almost every single day. No overtime event on the contract is mention can claim overtime.
