    Work-Life Balance
    The good thingsThe working environment is great for Extrovert person because the office room are open-space theme, Senior and staff are friendly and very helpful if there any problem, Best for Fresh Graduate but big no for Experience worker.
    The challengesThere are no work-life balance in here, Overtime based on meals not hours payment, Workload is very stressful because one man handle up to 5 projects (Especially senior staff), Overtime are usual things in here, Always passing task to another division, even if the tasks in his division, No personal space, because the office adapt 'Open-Space Environment'

    The good thingsbelajar membuat keputusan terhadap persoalan seputar bugs dan enhancement system dan mengembangkan kemampuan berfikir mengenail sdlc pada system dan kaizen pada bussines proccess. melakukan pembuatan report mingguan mengenai apa yang telah dikerjakan dan menjadi issue pada saat penggunaan system oleh klien

    The good thingsTimnya solid, tidak ada gap antara senior dan junior, senior tidak pelit ilmu, bekerja dgn ilmu baru yg tidak pernah didapat semasa kuliah, raker selalu keluar kota, outingnya mantap keluar pulau jawa
    The challengesmenangani komplain klien dan permintaan klien terhadap aplikasi yg mana sering terpentok deadline, SDM yg pas-pasan dalam 1 tim.
