The challengesBeing a local worker (Indonesian), the range salary here is extremely low compared to in many int'l schools in big cities in Java. Normally the local workers work as teaching assistant, though you may have opportunities to teach. Students sometimes are disrespectful to teachers and lazy. There are not many rooms available for teaching.
