    The good thingsLingkungan perusahaan seperti keluarga, Harmonis, Silaturahmi terjaga sehingga tidak ada perselisihan ataupun pertikaian antar pegawai/ Karyawan
    The challengesSeringkali keterlambatan datangnya material ke area kantor dari supplier dikarenakan adanya jam operasi bagi kendaraan yang beroda empat keatas di sebagian jalan raya (jalur dalam kota)

    The challenges1. Mungkin jauh dari keluarga karena proyek di luar kota (non jabodetabek) 2. Karena di luar kota jadi tidak ada liburnya ( ini yg sebenarnya paling berat)
