    The good thingsMenjadi PIC Mesin press yang sulit dan belum tentu bisa di kuasai oleh sebagian operator.
    The challengesMemakan waktu dan membuat pekerjaan menumpuk/meneter jika cable outer yang di press menjadi NG karena tidak terletak tepat pada posisi jig.

    The good thingsBanyak wawasan dan teman. Banyak ilmu yang di dapat. Mengerti arti mandiri. Gaji minim pada tahun itu. Mengerti solidaritas sebagai teman seperti apa dan bagaimana.
    The challengesKesulitan mungkin wajar karena orang butuh nama nya belajar dari yang tidak bisa agar menjadi bisa.. Dan yang hal tidak di suka waktu itu memang tenaga di porsir karena waktu normal kerja yang seharusnya tetapi malah lebih dari waktu normal

    The good thingsSaat melakukan pekerjaan yang di lakukan oleh mesin dan tidak ada barang-barang yang NG. Semua nya lancar dan aman saat di kerjakan tidak ada kendala apapun saat bekerja. Selalu on target sesuai deng standar nya.
    The challengesKetika part nya banyak yang NG disitulah tingkat kesulitan nya. Karna masalah setingan mesin nya salah. Maka harus di perbaiki dulu dan akhir ny bisa menimbulkan lost time / tidak mencapai target seperti biasa ny.

    Not a good choice
    The good thingsEnough free time, the employees are fun and friendly, you can learn from other department and that's a good experience. Most employees are honest, an lost item issues are rarely happen ( except losing a pen lol ) There's many bonuses here.
    The challengesYou need to know better than the one who's teaching you. Because peoples here are used to a misguided information and they're sure that those misguided information are true!! That's why you need to be careful, or you'll end up being like them. You need to be extra patience if you're talking with some people here.
