    The good thingsDisini para peserta magang akan langsung diberikan pengalaman sesungguhnya sebagai karyawan, dan kesempatan untuk belajar di perusahaan ini sangatlah tinggi, dan apresiasi yang diberikan ke karyawan sangatlah tinggi. Kerja di perusahaan ini sangat menyenangkan, dengan jam fleksibel dan penyesuaian ke setiap individu, sangatlah melegakan. Sangat jarang menemukan kantor yang employee oriented seperti ini.
    The challengesTidak banyak kesulitan yang dihadapi di kantor ini. Namun apabila kalian ingin mengejar sesuatu yang lebih, bekerja untuk 1 - 2 tahun sudah cukup untuk di perusahaan ini. Namun bila kalian ingin lebih settle. Perusahaan ini juga cukup baik, hanya saja kalian harus tetap bisa mengejar pace kerja dan update disetiap sekitar, karena ini perusahaan media

    The good thingsLingkungan kerja yg kondusif, tidak adanya gapping yg jauh antara staff dengan managerial, akrab, dan tidak terlalu banyak mendapatkan stress kerja.

    The good thingsDisini diberikan waktu kerja yang cukup fleksibel, dengan suasana kekeluargaan dan saling bekerja sama 1 sama lain. Memiliki 5 Nilai di dalam perusahaan yang menjadi indikator performa karyawan.
    The challengesKandidat harus bisa melakukan 2-3 macam pekerjaan, disamping kerjaan tetapnya, dan apabila terbiasa menjadi One Man Show kinda guy, kalian akan dengan cepat diterima.
