    The good things- The people are friendly enough to be coworkers - The environment and place are strategic and great - The supervisors let us learn so many new things - Problem-solving skill is the middle name in this work - Improve English rapidly
    The challenges- Workload and pressure are too much for a newcomer - The salary is REALLY not comparable with the workload - This company is not a good place to get "calculated" benefit - There's no overtime paid, so.... yea

    The good thingsAs designer (junior and senior), you can learn many things in here. How to make detail techpack, fashion construction, research and analyst, and 3d design.
    The challengesBad time management (all of a sudden and tight deadline time). Poor quality communication between team and boss (decisions often change and are inconsistent). Always work overtime on friday. Not free of opinion (your boss will always twist the facts, plus will always feel the most right and great). No adequate official training. Many designer resign. Too much stress
