    The good thingsHarus kerja cepat dan tanggap. Work life balance masih terbilang baik. Tunjangan dan fasilitas yang standar-standar saja. Job desk cukup sesuai dengan job title/posisi walau masih suka berubah-ubah. Lokasi dekat dgn RS Tarakan, dan akses kendaraannya terbilang masih cukup mudah di temui.
    The challengesPolitik kantornya masih sangat kental. Bawahan kurang di hargai. Terbilang budaya kerjanya masih lumayan kaku. Harus ekstra sabar mengikuti maunya atasan yang mudah berubah-ubah dan menghadapi sikap yang agak arogan. Tekanan kerja tinggi. Training/development skill hanya untuk di level SPV ke atas, untuk staff biasa tidak ada program pengembangan skill/sejenisnya. Kurang cocok untuk pengembangan karir.

    The good thingsThey reviewing your performance base on KPI that measured, this thing makes me challenged year to year. Numbers will give you clear position what I should do what I should don't The procurement system that use is make you feel comfort with your daily,weekly or even yearly task.
    The challengesPeople who work for PT BV CPS Indonesia are unique ,specially HSE QA, many things that I gather from them. I should get used to work as a global person who should ease to adopt the changes and the opportunities.

    The good thingsSistem sudah jauh lebih stabil, lingkungan kerja lumayan baik, training banyak diberikan pada karyawan level leader ke atas. Disini kita bisa banyak belajar bagaimana berinteraksi dengan orang-orang dari berbagai lapisan dan bidang kerja. Jenjang karir sangat baik jika punya potensi lebih.
    The challengesTekanan kerja yang keras banyak dikeluhkan oleh karyawan, dan karyawan dituntut untuk bisa multi tasking dan produktif dalam bekerja. Kurangnya insentif untuk karyawan operasional jika melakukan business trip juga sangat disayangkan.
