    The challengesKita disini sebagai karyawan baru benar2 di lepas untuk belajar sendiri, atasan tidak akan memberi tahu apapun itu tanpa kamu bertanya, benar2 individualis diatas nama team. Hari libur nasional sering tidak berlaku disini, kecuali hari keagamaan. Asuransi diri hanya dari BPJS, hanya Level Supervisor+ yang mendapat asuransi tambahan. Pengajuan cuti juga susah.
