    Management Yayasan yang buruk.
    The good thingsLingkungan ruang pekerjaan terbilang agak nyaman & tenang walau terbilang banyak aturan nyinyir dari Pihak Yayasan.
    The challengesManagement karyawan yang buruk disertai pembayaran upah yg jauh dibawah rata-rata. Pembayaran uang lembur yang sangat rendah. Terkadang harus dipaksa bekerja di hari libur maupun hari besar Nasional.
