    Illegal work demands and working hours - PT Wallem Sentosa Shipping Services
    The good thingsIndian employees take full responsibility for the issues and handle client calls. On time salary. Easily approachable senior management team.
    The challengesThe company's boss is unaware of the under the table money being made by the Indian senior team members of PT Wallem Sentosa Shipping Services. Looting money from the company. Uncultured Indian employees who drink and threaten their colleagues Forcing employees to resign who refuse to be a part of illegal work As per the agreement employee is to work 5 days a week from 8 am to 5 pm and occasional work during weekends. However, work starts before 7 am and extends till 2 am past mid night during weekdays and weekends as well. Absolutely no work life balance and poor working environment and both leads to poor health life. Management doesn't care about the employees health. Water was pouring down from the ceiling during rainy season. Unsafe workplace. Washroom pipeline is always clogged. Unhygienic pantry. Whatever gets discussed in meeting, we have to ensure to send an email with the points discussed. Give jobs to Indonesia people. Less cost more productivity. No salary increment. No yearly appraisals. No performance evaluation process. No issue redressal process. No yearly celebration or office trips. In and Out time for expatriates are not recorded. Expats enjoy more benefits than us.
