    The good things1. Tunjangan yang sangat baik 2. Kebersamaan dalam rekan sekerja 3. Sudah dianggap keluar dari bulan pertama masuk ke dalam perusahaan ini 4. Kesejahteraan karyawan sangat diperhatikan oleh jajaran direksi, terlebih CEO yang mementingkan kesejahteraan karyawan sehingga membuat perusahaan semakin lama semakin baik.
    The challenges1. Berkordinasi dengan rekan sekerja maupun ke direksi. Dikarenakan alur kordinasi yang luas, jadi sulit untuk berkordinasi dengan pihak yang mana sesuai dengan instruksi. 2. Hari off yang diatur secara dadakan dan tidak bisa ditolak. 3. Beradaptasi dengan cepat dalam event di luar perusahaan.
