    Work in Bullseye has been one of my best career experiences. It offers a great work-life balance.
    The good thingsWorking here offers a great balance between professional demands and personal time, which is hard to find. Beyond the flexibility, there is a strong culture of learning that allows you to constantly develop new skills. The team itself is solid—extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help. Overall, it has been one of the best workplace experiences of my career.
    The challengesSometimes operating in a fast-paced setting with strict timelines, where we frequently need to devise rapid solutions for urgent project needs. This requires us to stay adaptive with evolving web technologies. While the team handles this pressure well, implementing occasional small team gatherings could further enhance morale and team cohesion.

    The good thingsKeseruan bersama dalam mengerjakan projek. Susana kantor yang kondusif. Adanya pantry yang memudahkan pegawai dalam menyiapkan minuman selama bekerja. Wahana permainan yang bisa dijadikan kegiatan sampingan selama jam istirahat maupun jam luar kerja.
    The challengesPendapat relative. Untuk saya yang susah bangun pagi akan sulit untuk masuk kerja jam 07.30 pagi. Kurangnya kesempatan pelatihan yang dibutuhkan untuk bekerja.
