    If you're looking for a place to learn without fair payment, then this is the place.
    The good thingsYou will get plenty of opportunities to grow your career and skillsets, as they often assign you to work for other departments. The senior employees are all well-rounded and very experienced. Their coaching is superb.
    The challengesThe workload is crazy, you will be asked to do jobs outside of your job description or your role without any incentives. The KPI is unclear. They can fire you anytime without any warning letters. They don't give severance pay to employees who experienced unilateral termination.

    No politic company with way too much politic
    The good thingsthe best thing about bukit vista is the amazing coworkers you'll meet during your time, super casual office and quite a lot of benefit, depending on your performance and position in the company. its also very tech savvy and technology is upgraded constantly. at low time, you don't feel like you're working at all.
    The challengesbukit vista is constantly losing its best talents because of bad leadership and poor internal conflict management. for a company who claim to be away from politic and is transparent, it has too many internal politic that most of their employee finds uncomfortable . once the leaders learn to put their ego aside and actually listen to the team, then maybe bukit vista can step up to be a world class hospitality company it aspires to be.

    A good place to learn
    The good thingsThe co-working environment is so supportive. The employees are equiped with their own machine to support their work efficiency. Besides, the team mates are welcome and show less superiority towards the juniors.
    The challengesHowever, working here demands you to put a lot of time and dedication. Thus, for those who are a workaholic and able to manifest most of their times working, this place is perfect.

    A great team to transform and grow your personality better
    The good thingsBukit Vista hired only people with valuable personality and mindset, nurture them, and build a mission to achieve it together. They are listening to feedback and use it to make decision. No rules or restriction that made to slow people down. Ideas are welcome and given chance to be proved. Effort and results are compensated generously and failures are accepted as learning process.
    The challengesA growing startup company in a field that no traditional company has done it before makes it challenging because we are the first people to test it and sometimes we fail. Changes happen quickly and some people find it difficult to keep up. For new people here probably will find it confusing as there's no fixed standard and sometimes need to make initiative.

    Great Place to Grow
    The good thingsIt's really nice place to grow. Especially when you fresh graduate and didn't have background in hospitality industry. Bukit Vista will teach you how to be a professional in hospitality industry. You also have a chance to learn about other subject like business development, Marketing & sales and revenue management. The team also was superb. Super friendly and encouraging. Don't hesitate to work in this place.
    The challengesActually, there's nothing that I complained but, the job description could be better so other employee doesn't confuse with the KPI or their responsibility.
