    The good thingsKultur pekerjaannya sangat menantang. Meski demikian kesulitan-kesulitan yang diahadapi bukan berarti tidak dapat diatasi. Tingkat stress dan workload cukup tinggi, namun hal ini dibarengi dengan salary yang cukup diatas rata-rata.
    The challengesDi banyak kesempatan, pekerjaan datang dengan tiba-tiba dan biasanya harus diselesaikan di hari yang sama. Selain itu, koordinasi antar divisi biasanya butuh waktu cukup lama, dan approval dari atasan juga biasanya butuh waktu.
