    The good thingsGaji tidak pernah terlambat. Tunjangan untuk bekerja di luar domisili juga baik (disediakan mess, perabot dan elpiji). Sebagian besar tim proyek/ pusat komunikatif dan enak diajak berdiskusi suatu permasalahan yang dihadapi
    The challengesKarena perusahaan milik perorangan, maka like dislike sangat berpengaruh terhadap karir. Peraturan berubah-ubah tidak jelas, seperti overtime(lembur). Harus selalu siap 24jam ketika terjadi permasalahan pada sistem. Sebagai middle man, yaitu orang pusat sebagai atasan dan rumah sakit sebagai klien, tekanan sangat besar, terlebih jika keinginan klien dan pusat berbeda, kami petugas lapangan yang kewalahan

    The good thingsTim yg solid. Anda hampir tidak pernah menerima penolakan dari team dalam konteks pekerjaan. Mereka akan selalu siap membantu.
    The challengesManajemen yg tidak transparan. Like dislike sangat kentara (karena perusahaan perorangan). Jam kerja yg terlalu berlebihan. Kebijakan yg sering berubah. Effort karyawan tdk dianggap sebagai effort company. Selama company tdk terkena impact secara langsung, resiko effort tersebut pasti akan diambil.
