    The challengesBecause of covid, If I work from office, my mentor work from home, and cause of that In the beginning I have hard time to learn about my job desk. But the next day the GM assigned another co-workers to be my mentor.

    Great place to grow and explore
    The good thingsNice people to work with, tranquil environment in the middle of busy and noisy Jakarta! I love how the working hours is between 7 AM to 4 PM, well at least the traffic isn't that crazy to office and vice versa. Adequate pay, and personal matters are really appreciated. A comfortable place to have work experience and making second home at the same time.
    The challengesMore millenials would be such a good advantage since the young people are more energetic and capable of giving positive contribution. More quality time between employer and employee would also be such a nice addition to make every member feel appreciated.
