    The good thingsPerusahaan memberikan kesempatan kepada setiap karyawan untuk dipromosikan tidak memandang senioritas tetapi penilainnya adalah prestasi. Hubungan antara pimpinan dan bawahan berjalan baik seakan tidak ada jarak yang membatasi.
    The challengesDi era BPJS adalah tantangan berat yang dihadapi perusahaan. Harga yang murah yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah pemakaian barang habis pakai di rumah sakit pemerintah menjadi kendala perusahaan dalam memasarkan produk.

    The good thingsOpportunity to have gathering and training abroad, the ability to speak complex English and Deutsche, good medical allowances ( we have 5 medical coverages). Good reimbursement on travel and business class to Europe. 25 days of leave
    The challengesThe company sold to many owners who changed policies and systems so many times. The policies most impacted to employees were surpassingly tight-mouthed. Unfortunately merit is not just enough, you need to smile and laugh to any lame jokes your boss said. But if you have steel spine, single, healthy and have wide smile, go for it!

    The good thingsProduk yang saya bawa termasuk kategori premium dimana kita lebih mengutamakan kualitas & kepusan pelanggan dengan sistem distribusi & diskon yang sudah ditentukan oleh kantor pusat. Ditengah program pemerintah memberlakukan sistem BPJS & elektronik katalog, kami bersaing dengan produk -produk lokal atau asing lainnya yng hanya mengandalkan harga murah tapi kualitas mengecewakan. Disinilah tantangan kita harus tetap mempertahankan produk kita tetap jadi pilihan pelanggan. Dan kita sampai saat ini masih bisa survive.
    The challengesKita membina hubungan baik dengan relasi, produk yang bisa cepat dikirim sampai ke relasi & langsung tanggap terhadap keluhan relasi apabila ada keluhan terhadap produk yang digunakan. Kita juga mengadakan edukasi pemakaian produk langsung ke user.
