    The good thingsI have good team and good managers to work with. We always support and lift up each other. We work along very well and protect each other, support each other and grow together. The good things I also I have some people in work environment that I can called as my friend. Tho outside my department environment of the work its very stressful thing
    The challengesIts very difficult to work with one or two department. Especially when the head form another department only thing about him or herself. They can throw people under the bus without feel sorry. Lack of the realization that one organization can grow together without attacking each other.

    Good environment to work
    The good thingsThe place is great. The staff are quite nice. The salary is above average. The location is good enough, near from starbucks, mcdonalds and other restaurants. The workload is fair, less stress and the facility is perfect.
    The challengestoo much gossips and rumors around the staff. Career path for some department is limited. Office rooms are separated quite far, making it hard and exhausting to go back to back to any other departments.
