    The challengesUntuk mendapatkan support promo terkadang terhambat dengan regulasi yg ada di Indonesia. BAT sangat patuh terhadap regulasi pemerintah tetapi dari pemerintah sendiri tidak ada timbal balik. Penangan rokok ilegal membuat BAT mengurangi SDM untuk menekan biaya akibat dari maraknya rokok ilegal.
