Brilliant Ecommerce Berjaya (BEB) adalah perusahaan baru jadi sebagai employee kita bisa belajar buat how to improve your company gitu, jadi buat yang punya ide2 kreatif buat memajukan perusahaan bisa banget kerja disini. para employee yang lain orangnya ramah dan asik banget, saya di divisi FAT (Financial Accounting Tax) ngerasa bahwa divisi saya enak banget banyak ngobrol dan sharing.
    The challengesBEB adalah perusahaan baru, kalo diibaratkan anak kecil dia lagi dalam proses merangkak, jadi masih ada kurang disana-sini. misalnya ada beberapa yang harus dikerjakan secara manual dan beberapa penyesuaian dengan sistem-sistem yang diterapkan di perusahaan ini.

    The good thingsPerusahaan ini adalah e-procurement solution dimana jenis usaha e-commerce yang tujuan pasarnya ke b2b & b2g. Dan dari sini akan banyak sekali belajar hal baru yang sangat berbeda dari perusahaan umumnya. Dengan back up group yang besar yaitu Lippo Group membuat kita setiap karyawannya memang di tuntut untuk dapat berkembang.
    The challengesSelama bekerja disini mungkin belum ada hal yang berarti saya rasakan. Karena dari segi lingkungan pekerjaan yang di dominasi oleh anak muda yang membuat kami satu sama lain saling dapat mendukung. Mungkin, dalam hal pemecahan masalah tertentu dikarenakan perusahaan ini perusahaan baru memang belum ada pengalaman untuk pemecahan untuk beberapa case.
