    Working in a Real Estate Agency as a Property Advisor is good for polishing integrity and communication skill
    The good thingsThere are beneficial learnings I learned as a professional property advisor. Firstly, everybody who joins the company should attend training that are held by company including me. This was for polishing professionalism. Secondly, every agent was trained to develop communication skill to succeed the process of transaction. Thirdly, were demanded to provide loyalty and honesty. The Last, we were trained to work independently and in team.
    The challengesThere are also challenges that are extremely stressful. For instances, persuading clients to purchase the object property offered, trying to be very patient towards owners of the object property who sometimes are not professional, receiving rejection from owners and buyers, and having fooled by other agents who are not honest in the process of transaction.
