    The good thingsI have the privilege of working at Bright School and it was truly a transformative experience in my professional journey. From day one, I was greeted with a supportive and collaborative environment where educators and staff come together to ensure the best outcomes for the students. The leadership at Bright School is genuinely committed to fostering both personal and professional growth among its employees. I was consistently provided with opportunities for training, workshops, and open dialogue to refine my skills and contribute my best to the school community. Beyond the professional aspects, what stood out to me was the vibrant and close-knit community. The camaraderie among staff members, combined with the enthusiasm of the students, made it a joyful place to work each day. The events, celebrations, and the daily interactions made my time there memorable. Management of the school are using the school fund wisely for school development and facilities. The school's commitment to innovation and integrating modern educational practices was evident, ensuring that students are prepared for a rapidly evolving world. I am grateful for the time I spent here since 2010. I wholeheartedly recommend this school to educators seeking an enriching and fulfilling work experience and to parents considering a comprehensive educational institution for their children.

    The good thingsIt has morning reflection - a set time for praying together before activities start. No administrative-related work on weekends.
    The challengesTeachers and staff require a LONG time to wait for approval, there are lots of sudden policy change, less benefits, management needs to improve the professionalism in many aspects.
