    The challengesGaji tergolong rendah untuk perusahaan asing, kesejahteraan perlu ditingkatkan. Mendapatkan hak karyawan sering kali sulit tanpa usaha ekstra. C-level kurang responsif terhadap keluhan meski menekankan HoRenSo. Beberapa senior sulit beradaptasi dengan perubahan, menghambat efisiensi kerja.

    The good thingsVery good environment, both from subordinate, same level colleague, as well as superior including CEO. A merge between Japanese Company and 25 year experienced Local company, and basically a mix between both 2 good things.
    The challengesHR System and IT needs to be developed further, and Compensation Benefit system must be improved in order to be a Global Company. Recruitment process and criteria must be reviewed in order to select only the best of the best.

    The good thingsWorked there for almost 2 years. When I was working there, everyone was really helpful. Very nice learning environment! Selnajaya is a Japanese company that not as strict as other Japanese company, but not as slouch as multinational or local company.
