    Lingkungan kerja di perusahaan ini kurang sehat dan tidak mendukung kenyamanan karyawan. Manajemen tidak menunjukkan kepedulian yang memadai terhadap kesejahteraan serta rasa aman karyawannya. Perlakuan tidak adil dalam pengambilan keputusan sering terjadi dan hal ini menurunkan motivasi kerja. Perusahaan sebaiknya memperbaiki sistem internal agar semua karyawan merasa diperlakukan setara dan terlindungi.
